Mr. Ram Nath Ojha is a Disaster Risk Management and Humanitarian expert with 15 years of experience in emergency humanitarian response, recovery, disaster preparedness, monitoring and evaluations, and program management in Nepal. He has been managing Disaster Resilience of Schools Project (DRSP) as Disaster Risk Management (DRM) Team Leader- National Reconstruction Authority (NRA) Central Level Project Implementation Unit (CLPIU), IERC – ERTech Consultancy – REED Nepal – ECoCoDE Nepal – Strength J/V funded by Asian Development Bank (ADB).  He has developed DRM plans, tools and strategies, including the DRM and emergency response preparedness plans over 162 schools under Earthquake Emergency Assistance Project (EEAP). Mr. Ojha led the Local Disaster Risk Management Plan guideline revision process while he was working with Save the Children. He had also provided technical input to Nepal Government for preparation of National DRR Strategic Action Plan for 2018-2030 and DRR Policy in 2018. Mr. Ojha earned a Master’s degree in Disaster Mitigation from Sikkim Manipal University in Gangtok, India.
